We are looking for an Italian law qualified lawyer to join the Corporate & Institutional Banking legal team in Milan.

The lawyer must have a minimum 4 years’ post-qualification experience gained at a leading law firm or top investment bank from working in syndicated lending, leveraged and acquisition finance, asset finance, project finance, export finance and trade finance transactions. Experience in insolvency & restructuring is a “plus”.

The lawyer will provide day to day transactional and legal support to the relevant business and shall be skillful and comfortable in negotiations. Excellent communication skills and fluent English are required.
